Process workflow: -

Applicant applies for the service through SWAAGAT single window portal.

Scrutiny Officer (Labour Inspector) of the respective area verifies the application.

Approval Authority (District Labour Officer) approves the application and issues the certificate

Applicant logs in to SWAAGAT and downloads his NOC/ Certificate. 

 

Limitation period for the service: - 30 days
